NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-019965 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association as successor by merger to Chase Home Finance, LLC, Plaintiff and Robert J. Bucko Jr. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 12, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 23, AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 24, BLOCK 68, MANDALAY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 32 THROUGH 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
