NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 31, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-011604 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Plaintiff and Joaquim J. Pires a/k/a Joaquim Pires, Surviving Joint Tenant of Kelly Lavoie, Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 13, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 79, WILSHIRE ESTATES II, SECOND SECTION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
