NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-014833-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PROVIDENT FUNDING ASSOCIATES, L.P., is the Plaintiff and LINDA CICCARELLI are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on SEPTEMBER 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BAY PINES ESTATES UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 73; SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
