NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12001870CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-5, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-5, is the Plaintiff and CHARLENE BAGHDADI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLENE BAGHDADI; CHASE BANK, N.A. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on SEPTEMBER 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, BLOCK 1, SUNNY MEAD HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
