Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated July 30, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 12-014294-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-B SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-AB3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff, and CHERYL ALLEN, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 4, BLOCK 30, MAP OF BAYBORO ADDITION TO ST.PETERSBURG,FLA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd day of December, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
