Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered in this cause on August 1, 2013, the Clerk of this Court will sell the real and personal property (collectively, the “Property”) situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lots 13 and 14, Block B, Map of C.E. Brickett's Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page(s) 11, of the Public records of Hillsborough County, Florida of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.
and
All Inventory, Chattel Paper, Accounts, Equipment and General Intangibles; whether any of the foregoing is owned now or acquired later; all accessions, additions, replacements, and substitutions relating to any of the foregoing; all records of any kind relating to any of the foregoing; all proceeds relating to any of the foregoing (including insurance, general intangibles and other accounts proceeds).
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on September 16, 2013, beginning at 10:00 a.m., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
