NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 23, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-006653 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Betty Jean Whitlock a/k/a Betty J. Whitlock a/k/a Betty Whitlock a/k/a Betty Withlock, Surviving Spouse of Steven R. Whitlock a/k/a Steven Whitlock a/k/a Steven Withlock, Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 38, SKYVIEW TERRACE SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
