Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 29, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 11-010142-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff, and WILLIAM N. BANTA, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:

BEING LOT 11 AND THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARTS OF LOTS 12 AND 13, BLOCK 10, EDGEWATER SECTION OF SHORE ACRES, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 16 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; FROM A POINT OF BEGINNING AT THE MOST NORTHERLY CORNER OF LOT 12, BLOCK 10, EDGEWATER SECTION OF SHORE ACRES, RUN BY A CURVE TO THE LEFT, RADIUS 1243.10 FEET, ARC 70.01 FEET, CHORD SOUTH 62 DEGREES 00' 07' WEST, 70.00 FEET ALONG THE NORTHELRY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 12; THENCE SOUTH 37 DEGREES 30' 34'' EAST 118.46 FEET TO THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF LOT 13, SAID BLOCK 10, EDGEWATER SECTION OF SHORE ACRES THENCE NORTH 60 DEGREES 55' 46'' EAST, 55.01 FEET ALONG THE SAID SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF LOT 13 TO THE MOST EASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 13; THENCE NORTH 30 DEGREES 15' 45'' WEST, 115.88 FEET ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOTS 12 AND 13 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 10th day of September, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
