Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated July 30, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 09-015541-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff, and MYRA I GASSIEN, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Unit 103, Building 770, VILLAGE LAKE, a Condominium according to the declaration thereof date March 2, 1979, and recorded in O.R. Book 4829, Page 484, and according to map or plat thereof is recorded in Condominium Plat Book 33, Pages 11 - 27, of the Public Records of Pinellas County Florida, together with all of the appurtenances thereto, all according to said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto as amended.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 3rd day of September, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
