Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated July 30, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 52-2012-CA-013185 , in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff, and ROBERT A CICCO, SR., et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Unit 01-116, of ITOPIA PRIVATE RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 14086, Page 400, inclusive, and all exhibits and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements as set forth in the exhibits to the said Declaration of Condominium.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 3rd day of September, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
