Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated July 30, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 09020609CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-3, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-3 is the Plaintiff, and RALPH S. KAY A/K/A RALPH S. KAY, JR. A/K/A RALPH STUART KAY, JR., et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 2, EAST AND WEST HALF OF DUPLEX, PARKWOOD FOURTH ADDITION, ADDITION TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE 46, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 3rd day of September, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
