Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure In Rem, dated July 30, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 11-008407-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff, and CHARLES JONES, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
THE NORTH 10 FEET OF LOT 55 AND ALL OF LOT 56 OF MONTCLAIR LAKE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, ON PAGES 10 AND 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 3rd day of September, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
