NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of this Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County Florida, described as:
Lots 8 and 9, Bayou View, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 3, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; less the East 2 feet of said lots conveyed to the City of St. Petersburg for road by deed recorded in Official Records Book 8491, page 1300, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
And
That part of W.S. Merrell's Revised Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 4, page 48, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, being further described as follows: Commencing at a point 484.5 feet East of the Northwest corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 6, Township 32 South, Range 17 East, and 165 feet South of the North line of said Section 6; run thence South 165 feet, more or less, to the South line of the North 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 6; run thence West 150 feet; thence North 165 feet, more or less, to a point 165 feet South of the North line of said Section 6; thence East 150 feet to the Point of Beginning; less the East 3 feet thereof and Less the North 98 feet thereof.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 10:00 a.m., on the 4th day of September, 2013, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
