Notice is given that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2013, entered in Case No. 10-008171-CI-008 pending in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY a North Carolina banking corporation, as successor in interest to Colonial Bank is the Plaintiff and D.G.D. INVESTMENTS IV, LLC, THE MADISON ST. PETE II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., WILSON, KEHOE & MILLER CORPORATION, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA NICOLE BREDARIOL, and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 NKA KATHLEEN BREDARIOL are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder in an online sale accessed through the clerk's website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on September 24, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. the following-described real property set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Condominium Unit No. 309, THE MADISON AT ST. PETE II, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded June 25, 2004 in Official Records Book 13665, Page 1889, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
