NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about July 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-007079CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Ginny A. Antolini also known as Ginny A. Reinig-Burns, Bank of New York Mellon, FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Benefit of the Certificateholders of the CWHEQ, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Ginny A. Antolini also known as Ginny A. Reinig-Burns, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 23rd day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 49, GREEN GROVE VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGE 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
