NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about July 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-009032CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Milton Morales, Zemna Ruiz, Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Milton Morales, The Unknown Spouse of Zemna Ruiz, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 23rd day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 23 AND 24, BLOCK 4, CLEAR-VISTA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE(S) 13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
