NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated MARCH 13, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.2007 011921CI of the Circuit Court in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at VIA ONLINE AT WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 a.m. on OCTOBER 1, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 10, ANNHURST, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
