NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash on-line at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on September 13, 2013, that certain real property situated in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 30, CLEARWOOD SUBDIVISION FIFTH ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida recorded in Plat Book 52, Page 17; said lands situate, lying and being in Pinellas County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
