NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 02, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-008858-XX-CICI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and GABRIELLA D'ELIA-TOMAN A/K/A GABRIELLA D'ELIA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BROOKE RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 116, PAGES 77 THROUGH 79 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
