NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 22, 2013, entered in Case No. 10-003862-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC5 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Linh Ngoc-Thi Vo aka Ngoc-Linh Thi Vo; Quoc Chau aka Quoc Kinh Chau; Chau Duc Toan; Unknown Spouse of Linh Ngoc-Thi Vo aka Ngoc-Linh Thi Vo; Unknown Spouse of Chau Duc Toan; Unknown Spouse of Quoc Chau aka Quoc Kinh Chau; Bent Tree Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Cavalry Portfolio Services, LLC; Unknown Tenant (s) in Possession of Subject Property are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 1, BENT TREE UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70 PAGES 69 TO 72, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
