Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 1205, of WALKER-WHITNEY PLAZA, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in condominium Plat Book 150, Page 64, et seq., as amended by condominium Plat Book 151, Page 53, ET seq., and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 15069, Page 341, et seq., as amended by first amendment to Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 15891, Page 1663, et seq. and second amendment to Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 15981, Page 2139, et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
