NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on August 7, 2013and Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 25, 2012, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Southern Mortgage Capital Trust is the Plaintiff and Elaine Villafane, Regions Bank, Tenant, Tenant 1 and Tenant 2 are Defendants, The Clerk will sell at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, In an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on September 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 82, THE BLUFFS FIRST ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 77, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
