NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-8102CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-4, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-4, is the Plaintiff and MARCO MELVILLE, AS TRUSTEE OF THE MARCO MELVILLE AND MACARIA MERCALDI TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 30, 2007; MACARIA MERCALDI, AS TRUSTEE OF THE MARCO MELVILLE AND MACARIA MERCALDI TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 30, 2007; MARCO MELVILLE A/K/A MARCO A. MELVILLE; MACARIA MERCALDI A/K/A MACARIA ELIZABETH MERCALDI; THE UNKNOWN SETTLORS/BENEFICIARIES OF THE MARCO MELVILLE AND MACARIA MERCALDI TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 30, 2007 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on SEPTEMBER 11, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 61, CHARTER OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGE 30, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
