NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-020508 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Jeffry W. Tebalt, Mary Tebalt, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 24th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 78, OF CRYSTAL ISLAND, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
