MURPHY, DECEASED, INCLUDING PAMELA SURGUY BURKITT, DECEASED, OR DRUARY L. DALTON, DECEASED
YOU are notified that an action for an Amended Petition for Determination of Heirs and Their Respective Shares has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Lawrence W. Livoti, Esq., petitioners' attorney, whose address is: Lawrence W. Livoti, P.A., 750 SE 3rd Avenue, Suite 205, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316, on or before September 16, 2013, and file the original with the clerk of this Court, Probate Division, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, FL 33762, either before service on petitioners' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or amended.
