TOWN OF INDIAN SHORES FINANCE DEPARTMENT REQUESTS PROPOSALS FOR PURCHASE, SHIPPING AND INSTALLATION OF A NEW AGE 2 - 12 PLAYGROUND TO BE LOCATED AT ESTELLE HARPER PARK 19305 GULF BOULEVARD, INDIAN SHORES, FL 33785
The Town of Indian Shores, in Pinellas County, Florida, is requesting proposals from firms to provide General Construction Services for a new playground for ages 2 - 12 and associated site work, which will be located at 19305 Gulf Boulevard, Indian Shores Florida.

The Playground will be contained within a proposed rectangular area consisting of 35' X 70', or 2,450 square feet. The object is to capitalize on existing tree shade within that footprint. The desired configuration must achieve that objective to include protective space and ADA requirements.

Sealed Cost and Qualifications Statement will be received by the Town of Indian Shores, at the Indian Shores Town Hall, located at 19305 Gulf Boulevard, until September 6, 2013, 1:00 P.M. Cost and qualifications statements received after the specified date and time will not be considered and will be returned unopened. There will be a non mandatory pre bid meeting to be held at the Town of Indian Shores Municipal Center (4th floor) on August 26, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. All interested parties are welcome to attend.

Note: All prospective respondents are hereby cautioned not to contact any member of the Town of Indian Shores Town Council, Town Staff, or Officials other than the specified contact person concerning this project.
