Unit Nos. 111, 206, 402, 404, 411, 505, 707, 814, 901, 906, 908, 911, 912, 1107, 1702, 1706, 1712, 1804, 1811, 1814, 1914, 2002, 2005, 2006, 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2201, 2302, 2303, 2304, 2413, 2505, 2511, 2513, 2515, 2516, 2615, 2620, 2621, and 2703, Cypress Fall at Palm Harbor, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 15213, Page 2500, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 143, Page 6, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
and a Promissory Note has been filed against you. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to it, if any, on Ronald B. Cohn, Esq. of Arnstein & Lehr LLP, whose address is 302 Knights Run Avenue, Suite 1100, Tampa, Florida 33602, on or before September 16, 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. Otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the AMENDED Complaint.
