CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 1806, BOCA CIEGA POINT EAST THIRTEEN, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE(S) 76 THROUGH 80 INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3945, PAGE 9 ET. SEQ., PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
