NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-011272-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and John C. Medeiros; Renuza K. Coco, F/K/A RENUZA KARLA MEDEIROS; Mers, Inc.; Unknown Spouse of John C. Medeiros; Pinellas County, Florida; and , are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on August 29, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 8, FIRST ADDITION TO HIGHLAND PINES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
