You will please take notice that the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners at its regular meeting of August 6, 2013 in the County Commission Assembly Room, Pinellas County Courthouse, Clearwater, Florida, adopted a resolution vacating the following legally described property as petitioned by Capon Corporation:

Resolution vacating a portion of Right-Of-Way lying west of Lots 21, 22 and 23, and east of Lot 1, in Section 23, Township 27, Range 15 and Section 24, Township 27, Range 15, Tampa and Tarpon Springs Land Company as recorded in Plat Book H1, Page 116, Hillsborough County which Pinellas County was formerly a part of.
