NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-005437-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDER OF NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2003-1 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-1 is Plaintiff and EDWARD J. INGLESBY, III, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF INGLESBY TRUST #927 U.T.D. 1/7/03; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDWARD J. INGLESBY, III, EDWARD J. INGLESBY, III, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF INGLESBY TRUST #927 U.T.D. 1/7/03; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY AT 927 45TH STREET N., UNIT ONE (TENNAT #1); UNKNOWN PERSON IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY AT 927 45TH STREET N., UNIT TWO (TENNAT #2); UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY AT 927 45TH STREET N., UNIT THREE (TENNAT #1); UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY AT 927 45TH STREET N., UNIT FOUR (TENNAT #2); STATE OF FLORIDA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 30th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK D, OF SUMMIT LAKE GROVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
