NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed July 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-004606-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. PNMAC MORTGAGE OPPORTUNITY FUND INVESTORS, LLC is Plaintiff and CARLOS CRUZ; IVELISSE CRUZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CURRY FORD ROAD EAST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 3rd day of September 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 77, CURRY FORD ROAD EAST PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 46-47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
