NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 09, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-008204-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein 'U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATE FOR WMALT SERIES 2007-OA1 TRUST, is Plaintiff, and BARRY M. NADING, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 24, EAST DALE ACRES, First Replat according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat book X, Page 116, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
