NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-028969-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE OF THE HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-5 is the Plaintiff and SAFRAZ KHAN A/K/A SAFRAZ I. KHAN; THE HAMPTONS AT METROWEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A GERVASE HASTICK; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 9th day of September, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 206 IN BUILDING NO. 54 OF THE HAMPTONS AT METROWEST, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7830, PAGE 2283, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
