NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting the Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 13th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-032626-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-CH2, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CH2 is the Plaintiff and ANGEL DIAZ COLON, BARNETT RECOVERY CORPORATION F/K/A STATE WIDE COLLECTION CORPORATION, A FLORIDA CORPORATION, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION, CHASE BANK USA, N.A., CLERK OF COURT OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, READY RESOURCES, INC. AS ASSIGNEE, SANDRA D. NEWMAN F/U/B/O STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, SURREY RIDGE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., NICOLE L. BLANKENSHIP, LISA COLON, CARMEN R. GUZMAN, JACKELIN JIMENEZ, ADLIN Y. LASSO-OLIVER, XIOMARA MONTANEZ and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A LUIS DIAZ IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 12th day of September, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
