NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure of Plaintiff, SYNOVUS BANK, a Foreign Corporation, Successor in Interest by Merger with First Florida Bank, a Florida Chartered Commercial Bank, and determination of reasonable attorney's fees entered in the above-styled case number 2013 CA 001968 O in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, that the Orange County Interim Clerk of the Court, will sell the following property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
