TO: Charles D. Carter, Defendant, and to all parties claiming interest by, through, under or against Defendants, and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that you have been designated as defendant in a legal proceeding filed against you for foreclosure of mortgage. The action involves real property in Orange County, Florida, more fully described as follows:

a parcel of land in the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 12, Township 22 South, Range 27 East, Orange County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southeast corner of Section 12, Township 22 South, Range 27 East, Orange County, Florida; run N 00º 23' 10” W 561.92 feet along the East line of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Said Section 12 to the Point of Beginning; thence continue N 00º 23' 10” W 164.08 feet along said East line to a point 11 Chains North (726.00 feet) of the Southeast corner of said Section 12; thence S 89º 53' 57”W 638.28 feet along a line parallel to the South line of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 12 to a Point on a Curve on the Easterly Right of Way of East Crown Point Road as described in Deed Book 995, page 465 of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, said curve is concave Easterly, having a Radius of 8564.11 feet, a Central Angle of 01º 05' 53”, and a Tangent Bearing of S 00º 42' 21” E, thence Southerly 164.12 feet along said curve to a Point on the Curve; thence departing said Right of Way on a non-tangential bearing, run N 89º 53' 57” E 638.80 feet along a line parallel to the said South line of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 12 to the Point of Beginning.
The action was instituted in the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court, Orange County, Florida, and is styled George Grimes and Tera M. Grimes vs. David G. Carter; Charles D. Carter; Unknown Spouse of David G. Carter; any and all Unknown Parties claiming by through, under and against the herein named individual Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive whether said Unknown Parties may claim an interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants.
Your are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Merideth C. Nagel, Esq., Plaintiffs' attorney, whose address is 450 East Hwy 50, Suite 4, Clermont, Florida 34711, on or before September 20, 2013, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Merideth C. Nagel, Esq. or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
The Court has authority in this suit to enter a judgment or decree in the Plaintiffs' interest which will be binding upon you.
