NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed June 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-001558-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and NEWTON EDWARDS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NEWTON EDWARDS; JOHN AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; ROADMASTER DRIVING SCHOOL OF ORLANDO A/K/A ROADMASTER DRIVERS SCHOOL OF ORLANDO, INC. F/K/A ROADMASTER DRIVERS SCHOOL OF AUBURNDALE, INC.; DISCOVERY MARKETING AND DISTRIBUTING, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 9th day of September 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 134, SAN JOSE SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 97, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE
COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
