NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 5, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2011-CA-004598-WS (J3) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., Plaintiff and Barry William Paige and Kenneth Jay Paige and Charles Eugene Paige are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on September 19, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1967, BEACON WOODS VILLAGE, 11-C, AS SHOWN ON MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 42 THROUGH 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
