NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 2, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-001029-ES (J1) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee, under Pooling and Servicing agreement, dated as of March 1, 2006, Asset Backed Securities Corporation Home Equity Loan Trust, Series NC 2006-HE2 Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series NC 2006-HE2, Plaintiff and Stephen M. Cannon and Julie H. Cannon, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on September 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 36, BLOCK 9, DUPREE LAKES PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGES 62 THROUGH 87, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
