NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 7, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-000685-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Nationwide Advantage Mortgage Company, Plaintiff and Gary Frase are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on September 23, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 29. BLOCK 26. LEXINGTON OAKS VILLAGES 25 AND 26. ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 14 THROUGH 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
