NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Directing Clerk of Court to Close the Case dated July 25, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-022002 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the day of 17th day of September, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. via the website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 60, OF TEMPLE CREST SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
