NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about June 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-11904 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I LLC, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-AC5, is the Plaintiff and Edward I. Utterback a/k/a Edward Utterback, Brookshire Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 26th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 102, BUILDING B, BROOKSHIRE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO,ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5482, AT PAGE 1782 AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 11, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
