Defendants, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated July 16, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2012-CA-009412, DIVISION: N, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff, and JOHN M. BALFOUR, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF BRUCE BARTON BALFOUR A/K/A BRUCE B. BALFOUR, DECEASED; JOHN M. BALFOUR; CYNTHIA R. TROSHAK A/K/A CYNTHIA TROSHAK A/K/A CYNTHIA BALFOUR; BONNIE SCHAEFFER; RUTH BALFOUR; RICHARD DUNN; THE GREENS TOWN 'N COUNTRY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 4th day of September, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 7611, BUILDING NO. 1200, OF THE GREENS OF TOWN 'N COUNTRY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4381, PAGE 1167, ALL ATTACHEMENTS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS RECODED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 1, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS STATED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE APPURTENANT TO THE ABOVE CONDOMINIUM UNIT.
