RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed August 06, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-004205 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and NELSON SKINNER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 25 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Unit Number 106, CARROLLBROOK LAKESIDE CONDOMINIUMS, together with the appurtenant undivided interest in the common elements and limited common elements thereof, according to the Declaration of Condominium dated October 13, 1983 recorded in O.R. Book 4204, Page 349, and corrective instrument recorded in O.R. Book 4206, Page 1286, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida and the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 30, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
