NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-001948 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Scott Stibitz, Thelma Stibitz A/K/A Thelma G. Stibitz, Somerset Park Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 25th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 14405A, BUILDING 19, OF SOMERSET PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15971, AT PAGES 1 THROUGH 101, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
