BEGIN AT A POINT 1665.8 FEET NORTH AND 330.00 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF GOVERNMENT LOT 2, OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING, FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING, RUN THENCE N 16°15' E, 198.8 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE WATERS OF THE ALAFIA RIVER; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE BANK OF THE ALAFIA RIVER 90 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY TO A POINT WHICH POINT IS 86.25 FEET SOUTH OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING, RUN THENCE NORTH 86.25 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS 15 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD DEEDED TO HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY IN DEED BOOK 1673, PAGE 146, AND BEGIN AT A POINT 1665.8 FEET NORTH AND 330 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF GOVERNMENT LOT 2, IN SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, AND RUN THENCE N 56°08' W 72.5 FEET; THENCE N 23°45' E, 238 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE WATERS OF THE ALAFIA RIVER, THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE BANK OF THE ALAFIA RIVER TO A POINT WHICH IS N 16°15' E, 210 FEET POINT OF BEGINNING; RUN S 16°15' W, 210 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; LESS 15 FEET ON THE SOUTHEAST END THEREOF DEEDED TO HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS AND EXCEPT THAT PARCEL OF LAND CONVEYED TO THOMAS FRANKLIN HOWELL BY WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 9185, PAGE 1209, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
