NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-010304 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation Home Equity Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-1, is the Plaintiff and Angelita E. Villanueva, Antonio E. Villanueva, Jr., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for Southstar Funding, LLC, Villages of Lake St. Charles Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 26th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
