Final Judgment was awarded on May 1, 2013 in Civil Case No.:09-CA-29283, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2004-27CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-27CB, is the Plaintiff, and, PATRICK LAZZARA; COUNTRY HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR GB HOME EQUITY, LLC; FRANCES L. LAZZARA A/K/A FRANCES LEE LAZZARA; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
