Final Judgment was awarded on February 12, 2013 in Civil Case No.:29-2011-CA-016223, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-2, is the Plaintiff, and, AURORA C. ARAVENA; MIGUEL A. ARAVENA; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
